Information Regarding MDLive

On December 15, we emailed our members regarding the termination of MDLIVE services. Regrettably, we did not accurately represent the reason for termination and the context in which it happened. The contract termination was not the result of an inadequate technological and/or physician provider network. The MDLIVE network has at all times adequately met our patient needs and we have no reason to believe that the MDLIVE network could not sustain demand from RethinkMyHealthcare members. Our contract with MDLIVE was terminated effective December 9, 2020. For care continuity and care transitions, MDLIVE agreed to accommodate our members despite the termination of the agreement so that all previously scheduled appointments with MDLIVE Medical Group physicians and therapists through December 31, 2020 will proceed with no changes. If you have a visit scheduled in January 2021 or later, the appointment will be cancelled and you will need to log in to your account at www.mdlive.com to schedule a new appointment. Any newly scheduled appointments will be charged to you at the MDLIVE standard cash pay price.

Our plans provides discounts at certain providers for healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle services. Members must pay for all services at the time of service, but will receive a reduced price from those providers who have contracted with the program operator. Providers may not be available in all locations. Offers are subject to change without notice.
