A business veteran in the areas of the financial services, capital markets, and real estate. Richard’s experience ranges from managing director at several investment merchant banks and Board director of both public and private companies with a business focus in healthcare, life sciences and technology. Richard is currently CEO of RethinkMyHealthcare Inc., responsible for providing leadership and overseeing strategic direction to this start-up healthcare technology company that is bringing several alternative health benefit offerings to the marketplace.

Connor Gallic

President - Chief Healthcare Hero
A Marketing Veteran of 10 Years, Connor's experience in bringing new technology to market is the driving force behind RethinkMyHealthcare's growth. Connor's previous experience ranges from automotive, influencers and now to Healthcare. He has set his sights on making Healthcare more affordable and accessible to everyone.

Aidan Ireland

Chief Revenue Officer
Aidan has been an entrepreneur from a young age. He is highly skilled in sales, marketing, and business development. His ability to be ahead of market trends and see a product through the consumers eyes, has led to quick adoption of RethinkMyHealthcare in the marketplace.  Aidan is also a passionate mental health advocate, and has played an integral part in creating and launching RethinkMyTherapy. He is committed to providing people with affordable and user friendly healthcare software & services.

Becky Antle PhD, MSSW, LMFT

Clinical Advisor

Becky Antle, PhD, MSSW, LMFT, is Professor, University Scholar, and the Director of the Center for Family and Community Well-Being. For the past 23 years, she has been involved in research on evidence-based practice, violence prevention (child maltreatment, domestic and dating violence), relationship education, solution-based child welfare practice, the impact of domestic violence on children, comorbidities of child maltreatment, and training/evaluation issues in human services.

She has extensive expertise in training evaluation, prevention programs, community-based collaboration and the implementation and evaluation of evidence-based practices. In addition to this research experience, Dr. Antle has also has extensive clinical expertise. She has maintained a private practice for the past decade and has developed mental health programs for the states of Kentucky, Texas, Ohio, and Florida across multiple substantive areas including depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, anxiety and trauma, pain management, medically fragile children, children's mental health issues, and others. These disease management programs have been developed for delivery via multiple methods including on-line platforms, telehealth, and traditional methods.

Andy Pfau

Legal Consultant

Andy has spent over a decade advising business on legal and operational best practices and strategies. Andy began his career in private practice in New York City, working for AM100 law firms representing clients across industry. Andy also serves as the Chief Legal Officer of Nahakama Group LLC, a family-owned investment company focused on investments in Bio-Tech, Asset-Backed Securities, Real Estate Development, Blockchain Technologies, Brand Marketing, and Healthcare Innovation. Prior to joining Nahakama Group LLC, Andy served as the Chief Operating Officer of a spinoff of the Mount Sinai health system, providing next generation digital care reminders and education materials to patients in order to optimize care outside the four walls of the hospital.

Dr. Kenneth D. Pearsen

Medical Advisor - Board
Kenneth Pearsen, MD, is a seasoned hospital-based radiologist and educator. He has lived and worked in Western New York for the past 25 years. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
