Yes. Just add the doctor’s information to your child’s profile, and you’ll have the option to share a record of your child’s virtual visit. If you select this option, a record will be sent automatically after your appointment.
Unfortunately, no. Each child needs to have their own profile, complete with their medical history, and visits are made through that profile. If you want to have appointments close together, it is sometimes possible to schedule back-to-back visits with the same RethinkMyHealthCare pediatrician.
When you’re setting up your child’s virtual visit, you can select the type of doctor you’d like. Once you pick, you’ll see a selection of doctors and can start a visit with the first available doctor or schedule an appointment for later. After that, you’ll describe the reason for your visit and chose whether you want a phone consultation or an online video visit (if available).

Yes, a parent or legal guardian must be present at the start of each session to consent to the visit. The provider will then determine if they need to stay for the rest of the session.
No, but they may be recommended. Most patients, including children, benefit from multiple sessions with a therapist. This allows your child to form a relationship with their therapist, which generally contributes to a better outcome overall. Your therapist will advise on follow up sessions on a case-by-case basis.
While some providers speak different languages, RethinkMyHealthCare is currently only available in English and Spanish.
